These Terms of Service govern your use of MagniRise’s website and services. By requesting an audit or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
MagniRise provides digital identity architecture services to individuals. Our services include digital presence audits, identity strategy, content architecture, and related deliverables as described in individual engagement agreements. Specific deliverables, timelines, and investment amounts are confirmed in a separate engagement agreement signed prior to the commencement of work.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services, reviewing and providing feedback on deliverables within agreed timelines, implementing approved recommendations (unless implementation is included in the engagement), and maintaining the confidentiality of strategic materials delivered by MagniRise.
Payment terms are established in each engagement agreement. Typically, engagements require a deposit upon signing, with the balance structured according to the engagement type. Presence engagements are typically invoiced in two instalments. Authority and Legacy engagements are typically invoiced monthly. All invoices are due within 14 days of issue.
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full ownership of all written deliverables created specifically for them, including positioning statements, biographies, LinkedIn copy, and website copy. MagniRise retains ownership of underlying methodologies, frameworks, and processes. We may reference the general nature of an engagement (without identifying the client) for case study purposes, unless the client objects in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of the other’s proprietary information. MagniRise will not disclose client information, engagement details, or strategic materials to third parties without written consent. Clients will not share MagniRise’s proprietary frameworks, methodologies, or unpublished materials with third parties.
MagniRise provides strategic and creative services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes — including but not limited to search ranking improvements, follower growth, inbound inquiry volumes, or revenue results. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client in the preceding 90 days.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for fees for services rendered to the date of termination. Deposits are non-refundable. MagniRise will deliver all completed work product upon receipt of outstanding fees.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued use of our services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
